CREATOR CONTENT, BUILT AROUND YOUR PRODUCT

SHOW PEOPLE HOW IT FITS INTO THEIR LIVES.

For commissioned campaigns, UGC means creator-made photos and videos that a brand can use in agreed channels. Think product demonstrations, tutorials, unboxings and everyday-use stories with a specific creative purpose.

The work starts with the product and the question the audience needs answered. What does it do? How does it fit into a routine? What needs to be shown clearly before someone can make a choice? That gives each asset a useful role.

Our Gen Z UGC agency approach connects creator selection, creative direction and delivery. We scope production and usage together so your team knows what it is receiving, where it can run and which variations are ready to test.

THE WORK, STEP BY STEP

A CONTENT SYSTEM WITH A CLEAR BRIEF.

  1. Choose the question each asset answers

Define the product, audience, channel and desired action. Identify the demonstrations, details and objections the content needs to address, including the claims your team has approved.

  2. Match creators to the way they make

Review on-camera delivery, visual style, relevant experience and production needs. For a content-only commission, the creator’s ability to make the right asset matters more than their follower count.

  3. Plan the variations before the shoot

Agree on concepts, opening hooks, shot lists, formats, captions and review rounds. Decide which differences will help your team learn, so the output is a considered set of assets.

  4. Deliver the assets and the usage plan

Confirm the final files, edits and agreed organic or paid uses. Keep duration, channels, territories and any raw-footage or account-based advertising permissions explicit in the scope.

FOUR CREATIVE JOBS

ONE PRODUCT.
MORE WAYS TO EXPLAIN IT.

A useful UGC brief assigns a purpose to each concept. These illustrative formats show how a team could compare different creative approaches before choosing what to produce or test next.

BEFORE WE START

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

Do UGC creators need a large following?

A large following is not a prerequisite for a content-only commission. The brief can prioritize presentation, craft, product understanding and audience relevance. If you also need distribution through the creator’s account, scope an influencer partnership alongside the content.

Can we use the videos in paid ads?

Paid use can be included in the agreed scope. Confirm the platforms, duration, territory, edits and any advertising through a creator’s account before production. A content commission does not automatically include every possible use.

What should our team receive?

The agreed delivery can include final videos or photos, selected aspect ratios, hook variations, captions and supporting copy. Raw footage, extra cuts and further revisions are scoped separately when needed. The brief defines the delivery list.

Can you test the message before production?

The Gen Z Intelligence Council can provide paid, brief-specific reactions to the product, message or concept. That feedback can help refine the creative questions. Campaign performance still needs to be assessed when the work runs.
