CREATOR DISCOVERY.
EVERY NAME
NEEDS A REASON.

See the work. Understand the audience. Make a considered choice. Our creator discovery process turns a campaign brief into a shortlist your team can discuss and act on.

A SHORTLIST YOU CAN EXPLAIN

FIND THE FIT.
UNDERSTAND THE TRADEOFFS.

Creator discovery is the process of finding and evaluating potential partners for a specific audience, product and campaign. Creator intelligence adds context to that search: the work, the audience evidence, the commercial scope and the questions still to resolve.

A useful shortlist explains why each person belongs on it. It gives your team a way to compare content style, relevant interests, audience location and language, practical requirements and cost against the same brief.

GenZ.tv combines that structured review with human judgment. The Intel Engine shows how discovery, comparison and shortlisting can work together, while an agency engagement defines the research and review needed for your actual campaign.

THE WORK, STEP BY STEP

MAKE THE SELECTION USEFUL.

  1. Write the selection brief

Set the campaign objective, audience, markets, languages, categories and practical limits. Separate must-haves from preferences so the team knows what would rule someone in or out.

  2. Review work and audience context

Look at relevant content examples and the audience information available for review. Keep the source, date and meaning of each metric visible; reported followers, views and audience estimates describe different things.

  3. Compare fit and open questions

Discuss creative strengths, audience relevance and the information still needed. A useful comparison makes uncertainty visible alongside the reasons to consider a creator.

  4. Turn the shortlist into an approach

Record the selection rationale, then confirm availability, fees, deliverables and usage through the appropriate conversations. The shortlist is a starting point for partnership decisions.

WHAT A USEFUL SHORTLIST CONTAINS

A NAME.
A REASON.
A NEXT STEP.

Your team should be able to understand a recommendation without reconstructing the research. The shortlist needs enough context to make the next conversation productive.

Try the Intel Engine to explore filters, creator profiles, comparisons and saved selections. The current public workspace uses fictional profiles and synthetic metrics to demonstrate the workflow.

Relevant work
Examples that show the creator’s format, subject knowledge and way of communicating.
Audience context
Available location, age and language information, with the source and limits kept in view.
Reason for inclusion

Next checks
Questions about availability, fees, usage, evidence and the practical scope of a partnership.

BEFORE WE START

GOOD QUESTIONS.
CLEAR ANSWERS.

Is the Intel Engine a live creator database?

The current public Engine is an interactive demonstration using fictional creators and synthetic audience metrics, fees and scores. It shows the selection workflow. It does not establish a real creator’s audience, availability or relationship with GenZ.tv.

How is creator discovery different from influencer marketing?

Discovery answers who could fit and why. Influencer marketing takes selected partnerships into creative development, agreed publishing and campaign delivery. You can scope the discovery work first or connect it to a broader campaign.

Which audience metrics matter most?

The answer depends on the brief. Audience location, language, relevant interests, viewing and engagement can all inform a decision when suitable evidence is available. Metrics should be interpreted in context and with their measurement periods and limitations visible.

Can we start with a smaller discovery project?

An Intel Sprint provides a starting point for a defined research question and shortlist. The brief sets the market, creator criteria, deliverables and level of review. We agree the scope before research begins.
